About me - I was raised in Dalby, Toowoomba and Brisbane and moved to Townsville in 2003 chasing a girl! I’m pleased to say she said yes, and we’ve built a wonderful life together in this great part of the world.

I established Gerard Black Boutique Realty in 2017 and this was based on the belief that it is better to have fewer clients and give higher service.

I have been fortunate to have received specialised training in real estate negotiation through the Pittard Training Group, so having me on your side means you’re working with a real professional and I have gained the experience and local know-how to make sure your real estate transaction is a complete success.

My belief is that every transaction is all about the client. You are the driver, I am the passenger who’s there to guide, educate and provide the best service possible.
